Kids and Family Classes

Kids and Family Classes are open to children ages 6 - 13 years of age.

  • children ages 6-7must be accompanied by an adult on the mat

  • all children may be accompanied on the mat by an adult

  • children who are 13 years old may consider joining the adult classes

  • Parents and guardians practice for FREE!
